Voicemail gives you the opportunity of storing all your incoming calls in your Voicemail box , so you will never lose any call even if you do not have a telephone line, or if you do not want to tie your telephone line with the mail box, you can contract a mail box number .
- Unlimited number of incoming calls.
- Voicemail Box:
*Access 24 hours a day.
* Up to a 15 seconds outgoing message.
* Each incoming message can be up to 60 seconds in length.
* Holds up to 15 messages for up to 48 hours.
* When mailbox is full, oldest message is deleted when a new message is received.
* Callers never hear a "box is full" message.
* Retrieve Voicemail messages via Telephone.
| How to leave a message for a service subscriber: |
| If the mail box belongs to a telephone line , when you call the telephone number the network may direct your call to the mail box (according to the service subscriber programming ) . If the mail box does not belong to a telephone line then your call will be directed to the mail box directly by the following procedures: |
| • Dial (08072) if you call a mail box in Cairo , and (08073) if you call a mail box in Alexandria . |
| • You will hear a welcome message, and you will be asked to enter the mail box number you want to call, and then to press #. you will get the message "the telephone subscriber is not available now , so please leave your message after the beep " . |

| How to retrieve your recorded messages: |
- Dial (08072) if your mail box is in Cairo , and (08073) if your mail box is in Alexandria .
- Enter your mail box number, and # then press * .
- You will hear the message " please enter your password " .
- Enter your password , and listen to your recorde
