1- An application for the Frame Relay is required, addressing " The General Manager of Data Transmitting Network". The request should be written Formally as follows:

Please approve the installation of ...... Line with a speed of ..... at the address ........... And this is for connecting it with the branch of ........ at the address ................

2- We will then contact you within one week to set an appointment to proceed With the rest of the contract procedures.

3- You will then be able to visit the subscribers management to fill the Application, pay the required fees in cash or by cheque and take the NT unit.

4- A work order will be issued showing all the technical data required, and it will be executed within two weeks.

You can easily change your address or the speed level, by writing another application to " The General Manager of Data Transmitting Network " .

You will need to present a copy of company's commercial registration, tax card and an official delegation or authorization from the person you are contracting on behalf of.
