1- An application for the Leased Line (local) service is required, addressing " The Director of Cables & Communication Networks " of the region where you want to install Leased Line, either Greater Cairo, Canal Cities, Sinai, or the Red Sea, It should include :

• The beginning point address.
• The end point address.
• The required speed.

2- Send the application by fax to 02- 27549121 , 02- 25226450 ,or by E-mail to : service.request@telecomegypt.com.eg

3- We will then contact you to set an appointment to proceed with the rest of the contractual procedures.

4- For documentation process you will need to present:

• An official delegation or authorization from the person you are contracting on behalf of.
• A copy of the company's commercial registration, taxes card, property contract documents (associated with an original of each just for checking).

You can easily change the speed level by sending another application to "The Director of Cables & Communication Networks".
