1- An application for the DID service is required, addressing "the Director of Cables & Communication Networks" of the region where you want to install the DID, either Greater Cairo, Canal Cities , Sinai, or the Red Sea . It should include :

• The address.
• Number of systems required.
• Number of telephone lines required in each system.

2- Send the application by fax to 02- 27549121 , 02- 25226450 ,or by E-mail to : service.request@telecomegypt.com.eg

3- We will then contact you to set an appointment to proceed with the rest of the contractual procedures.

4- For documentation process you will need to present:

• An official delegation or authorization from the person you are contracting on behalf of.
• A copy of the company's commercial registration, tax card, property contract documents (associated with an original of each for checking)

Note:

You can easily change the kind of the payment system by sending another application to "The Director of Cables & Communication Networks".
