How to get a new line or additional lines

Whether you are starting a home or have found that your growing family needs more telephone lines it's now simple to get a line. Telecom Egypt's aggressive expansion plan over the last few years now means that waiting lists have almost been relegated to history.

Process & Documentation  

• Fill in the telephone subscription form and submit it with a copy of your identification card and take your numbered receipt after payment.
• To complete the process smoothly, please ensure you bring official documents detailing the address where you want the telephone to be installed (the property contract, or utility bills - electricity, gas, water receipt).  
• Please ensure you complete the process within 30 days to ensure you don't have to reapply again.
