4 – How much does it cost?
How can I pay my installments?
The cost of your computer is DIVIDED to quarter
annual INSTALLMENTS on your home telephone bill. The number
of installments & the interest rate depend on the model
of computer you choose and its cost.
DETAILS of the installments and the interest
rate are available in the companies' flyers in CENTRALS and
at the COMPANIES themselves.
5 – What is the process?
1. Go to one of the participating centrals
and complete the contracting application form and give it
along with a copy of your ID to the responsible employee.
2. The employee will check your payment history,
to make sure you paid your last year bills (4 consecutive
bills).Then, will register your application.
3. Choose a computer model from one of the
participating companies advertised for in their brochures
at centrals or in newspapers.
4. Pay your deposit at the cashier in the
central where you will get your contracting application & payment
receipt signed and stamped.
5. You will find one of the Bank Misr employees
in the central who will be responsible for writing the contract
for you.
Be sure you have the following documents:
- Contracting application signed and stamped from
the responsible employee at the central.
- A copy and original ID.
- A copy of your last telephone bill.
- Payment receipt issued from the central cashier.
6. Complete the contract with the Bank Misr employee, pay
the administration fees and you will be given a purchase
receipt.
7. Once you have completed the application
process, go to the computer company with:
- Purchase receipt.
- Copy of electricity or gas bill of the same
address as that of the telephone.
- Copy of your ID.
8. make sure you receive all your computer elements including:
- Warranty
- Original copy (CD) of Microsoft XP
+ a license from Microsoft to use MS office XP
- A serial
number on your computer that is identical to that in
your receiving form.
9. Test your computer with the responsible engineer to
ensure all its elements are
Properly installed.

(Warranty)

central.
Question: Procedures problem?
Answer : contact the responsible employee
in the area where the problem occurred in the central.

bill, please submit it at the complaints office at your
central or fill an inquiry form at the inspection department
at the opera central. You can also call 111.
