We have taken a number of steps over the last few months to improve & simplify our billing and enhance our payment options for your convenience.

Billing Enhancements:

  • We now deliver all bills in Cairo to your home absolutely free of charge.
  • You will now be billed every 3 months in January, April, July, and October.

  • Payment in the allowed time is with no penalty
  • Payment after the second or the third month will be including 1.5% penalty fees for every delayed month with a minimum limit 10 L.E.
  • The service will be cut off from the fourth to the sixth month until paying the bill with the penalty fees 1.5% for every delayed month with a minimum limit 10 L.E.
  • At the seventh month all the procedures will be repeated again for contracting the service .
  • You can complain during the first month after paying the local calls bill , until finishing the checking of the long distance calls service .
  • You can go through an installment system by coordinating with the Commercial Relationship Sector .

What is the installment system for the Telephone bills ?

  • Installment will be from the exchange you follow if the installed amount is less than 500 L.E.
  • For the amounts from 500 L.E. to 1000 L.E. , the areas ' managers are the delegated persons for distributing installments in 4 or 5 installments according to the customer situation .
  • For the amounts from 1500 L.E. to 3000 L.E. , the CDCs are the delegated persons for distributing installments .

Payment Terms:

  • Payment must be received within a month from the billing date.
  • Payment before/ or on the due date does not incur a penalty.
  • Payment received 2-3 months after the due date will be liable to penalty fees (1.5% of the bill value) for every delayed month, with a minimum charge of 10 L.E.
  • Failure to pay after a period of four months from the due date will result in the suspension of your service until you pay the bill. This incurs penalty fees (1.5% of the bill value) for every delayed month, with a minimum charge of 10 L.E.
  • If, after 7 months, you have made no effort to pay the bill your line will be permanently disconnected.
  • Should you be experiencing problems paying your bill it is possible to negotiate installment system. Please contact the Commercial Relationship Sector to discuss your options. They will help you to obtain authorization for the installment payments.
  • Should you wish to raise a complaint please pay your local bill and then raise the complaint in the first month.
