Through the contact center you can get information about the wide range of services offered by Telecom Egypt including Marhaba Prepaid Cards, you can also learn about the PIN Code, through which you can subscribe and/or unsubscribe to any of Telecom Egypt’s services or change it online.

You can also report your telephone faults and inquire about your telephone bill and any other inquiries.
