IT Unix System Administrator (IT 2006)
Key Responsibilities
- Managing back-up/recovery, security procedures.
- Install & configure Unix-based servers & workstations.
- Monitor & tone systems to maximize performance.
- Generate regular performance & utilization statistics as required.
- Manage the allocation of processors queues & other resources to make efficient use machines as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- Relevant university degree. Ref B sc Computer Science or equivalent.
- Fluency in English language.
- High communication/leadership and analytical skills.
