Standard Project Management Process Senior Specialist (PMO 2034)

Key Responsibilities

Develop Standard PM Process

  • Define PM Process Standards and Policies (-> Process Description, PM Handbook, PM Roles Description including KPI‘s and Competence Description)
  • Help define IS Requirements for PM Process automation (Process, Templates, Mgmt and PM View)
  • Help build up User and SW Application Support (Documentation, Helpdesk, ...)
  • Support Training of Management, PMs and Others

Support and Monitor Application of the PM Process

  • Support Managers and PMs in the application of the PM Process
  • Organize Project Reviews, Approval Board Sessions in line with the defined standards and policies
  • Monitor the Follow-up of Decisions and Actions on behalf of the Approval Boards
  • Organize organizational audits and report findings and suggestions with the goal of professionalisation
  • Gather requirements for optimisation and enhancements
  • Support Senior Management for special Requirements, e.g. Customers, Government, Partners, ...
  • Support Management, Project Management and other Users of the SW-Application
  • Represent PM in the general Process Management and Improvement Expert Team

Requirements

  • Functional Knowledge: PMI Principles, SW-Appl. for Project Management, English language
  • Process/Methods: Project Process, Project Quality Management; Project Reviews and Audit.
  • Social/Communication: very good communicator, accepted team leader (of virtual teams).
  • Interpersonal: disciplined thinking & acting, stress tolerance, self motivating.
  • Experience: > 10 years in Profession; > 6 years in PM.
