Project Management Enabling and Qualification (PMO 2020)

Key Responsibilities  

Develop PM Enabling and Qualification

  • Support the definition PM Process Standards and Policies with focus on PM Roles Description including KPI‘s and Competence Description.
  • Position PM Roles in Company Job and Competence Model.
  • Develop PM Ressources Planning as part of strategy and budget planning process.
  • Develop PM Assessment Process, Roles and Questionnaire.
  • Develop PM Enabling and Qualification strategy: Skill and Competence Requirements, PM Career path, Portfolio of Development Measures, Training Partners .

Support and Monitor Application of the PM Enabling and Qualification

  • Support Managers and PMs in the application of the PM Roles and Competence Model.
  • Support Managers in the assessment of PMs.
  • Be the responsible driver for the assessment of the ‚senior‘ PMs T.E wide.
  • Support Managers and PMs in developping and implementing PM Development plans.
  • Monitor the implementation of PM Development plans.
  • Organize PM Qualification Programs and Workshops.
  • Organize PM Community of Practice and Knowledge Management.
  • Gather requirements for optimisation and enhancements.
  • Represent PM in the general HR / People Development Expert Team.

Requirements

  • Functional Knowledge: PMI Principles,, English language.
  • Process/Methods: PM Process, People Development Process; Development and Delivery of Qualification Programs.
  • Social/Communication: very good communicator, accepted team leader (of virtual teams).
  • Interpersonal: disciplined thinking & acting, stress tolerance, self motivating.
  • Experience: > 8 years in Profession; > 4 years in ‚people development.
