Human Resources Specialist (HR 2016)
Key Responsibilities
Is responsible for all or part of these areas:
- Recruit, interview, test, select joiner workers to fill vacant positions.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
- Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfer, performance reviews, and terminations.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
- Administer performance review program to ensue effectiveness, compliance and equity within company.
- Administer salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity.
- Prepare budget of human resources operations.
- Prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
- Conducts needs analysis studies and confers with managers and supervisors to determine training needs.
- Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as canteen, transportation, or relocation service.
Requirements
- Qualified candidate should have from 2-3 years human resources experience in a generalist role .
- Relevant University degree; excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- knowledge of employment law
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); Oracle experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English Language.
