Human Resources Specialist (HR 2016)

Key Responsibilities

Is responsible for all or part of these areas:

  • Recruit, interview, test, select joiner workers to fill vacant positions.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
  • Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfer, performance reviews, and terminations.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
  • Administer performance review program to ensue effectiveness, compliance and equity within company.
  • Administer salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity.
  • Prepare budget of human resources operations.
  • Prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Conducts needs analysis studies and confers with managers and supervisors to determine training needs.
  • Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as canteen, transportation, or relocation service.

Requirements

  • Qualified candidate should have from 2-3 years human resources experience in a generalist role .
  • Relevant University degree; excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • knowledge of employment law
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); Oracle experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English Language.
