An undergraduate degree in an appropriate technical field.
A very good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in use in a data center environment including feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units, chillers air handling units, and CRAC units.
Interface with building management on all issues related to the data center. (Structure power environment HVAC)
Will act as interface between teams, the local contractors and employees responsible for maintenance and operation of the facility (including electrical systems mechanical systems, security contractors, janitorial services and all other aspects of data center facility operation)
Experience in hiring , training and managing facility team in a 247 operation
Reporting directly to Data Center manager and conducting incident analysis for facility issues.
Previous management and project management experience.
Relevant university degree. Ref B sc Computer Science or equivalent.
Fluency in English language.
High communication/leadership and analytical skills.
