IT Data Base Administrator (IT 2005)
Key Responsibilities
- Exerience in high volume OLTP systems.
- UNIX Administration experience.
- Proven experience with PL/SQL
- Experience with Oracle 10g & 11i Oracle Certifications 9i higher is an asset.
- Tuning & troubleshooting Oracle instances.
- Installing Oracle or UNIX/Windows
- Knowledge of Oracle RAC is preferred.
- Knowledge of Oracle Backup/Recovery Methodoogies & Strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Oracle DBA within an enterprise environment.
- Relevant university degree. Ref B sc Computer Science or equivalent.
- Fluency in English language.
- High communication/leadership and analytical skills.
