IT Billing Manager (IT 2003)
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and management of the billing and rating applications
- Customize, develop and implement all billing related functionality
- Manage all team efforts as projects. Hence project management experience is a must
- Develop and maintain application manuals for users, operators, and the application suuport teams.
- Set the backup and archiving policies in coordination with the business to be implemented by the O & M team.
- Assessment & implementation of all billing and rating requests received from the functional analysts.
- Develop and maintain the relevant billing and rating functional and technical expertise.
- Responsible for the design and maintenance of all interfaces with the billing and rating applications
- Training of users and the application production support teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing business support systems.
- Relevant university degree. Ref B sc Computer Science or equivalent.
- Fluency in English language.
- High communication/leadership and analytical skills.
